My Dad and brother bought a couple of cows last year, had them graze in a field of green, and then had them butchered. What resulted—as you might guess—was a lot of grass-fed beef to last them until next year. Too much beef, in my father’s case. He generously gave my family a box full of hamburger, steak, and roast.
