In addition to the draw of Nashville’s reputable music scene, there’s the allure of job prospects in the strong hotel, computer, and healthcare industries. And for those who want to enjoy urban living, especially those in the 26 to 45 age range, Nashville has a very affordable cost of living. Downtown apartments with great locations and amenities are convincing many people to live with less square footage. Storage facilities near downtown have tenants using storage on a more long-term basis, and occupancy rates are near capacity, averaging at 85-95% full according to Storage.com data.
