Tempe Warner Self Storage Facility Acquired

Tempe Warner Self Storage in Tempe, Ariz., was recently purchased for $6.7 million by the William Warren Group, a privately held real estate company that operates the StorQuest Self Storage Brand.

The facility, which was managed by US Storage Centers Inc. and had been branded as a US Storage Center, will now be renamed under the StorQuest name. The real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal. The facility is made up of all drive-up access units, totaling 52,000 square feet of rentable space.

The William Warren Group was founded in 1994 in Santa Monica, Calif., and operates more than 100 self storage facilities throughout Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina, and Texas.
