Heading to Las Vegas in April 2016? Try to attend SiteLink’s User Conference on the 24th! The management software company is offering panel discussions and educational sessions from both SiteLink experts and users to help storage operators get the most out of the software at their facilities.
This is the fourth SiteLink User Conference in the last five years. The company wasn’t able to offer the show in 2015, as it was on the cusp of releasing and implement several major new features like SiteLink eSign, myHub, SiteLink Merchant Services, and more. Now, that the show is back, though, organizers like Chief Operating Officer Markus Hecker want to pick up where they last left off. “This year’s User Conference is special because we have even more SiteLink tools to demonstrate and more technology partners than ever before,” he says.
The SiteLink User Conference isn’t your typical trade show. SiteLink says the event has something for everyone, whether a person has a role in a single-store facility or larger multi-site operation. Hecker says it’s a comprehensive event.
“The User Conference is not like trade shows. SiteLink is the largest software company in the storage industry by far. The User Conference showcases not just a handful, but most integrations with technology partners. We show owners the arsenal of marketing, website, CRM and other tools in SiteLink. We show how to implement those. SiteLink lets owners compete with and beat REITs and other large companies. SiteLink is the one tool giving owners the single biggest edge over large operators.”
There are a large number of seminars and events at the conference. Hecker says this year’s hot topics include SiteLink Merchant Services, online rentals, Sitelink, eSign, the electric signature capture and document storage, TeleTracker, the phone integration system, Price Optimizer, the new revenue management tool, and SiteLink’s TOTAL CRM, including text messaging and HTML email.
Hecker adds, “Many owners don’t know these tools are available to them. Most owners don’t know how easy they are to deploy with SiteLink. Others don’t believe online rentals and Price Optimizer work at their store, although the competitor down the street often uses them. The User Conference is about empowering operators.”
With the 2016 SiteLink User Conference, it’s not just about the knowledge you’ll come back with, but also the experience. “It’s a hands-on show where operators can meet and visit with SiteLink techs and meet them in person. There is ample time for attendees to see technology partners and their products and integrations first-hand. Speakers like Anne Ballard and panel experts give pointed insight, tips, and tricks to get the most out of SiteLink,” Hecker says.
The conference starts at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. It takes place on the top floor of the Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino in the Skyview Ballrooms.
