Web-based self storage software and payment processing company SiteLink is celebrating its most recent milestone of 13,000 customers. This comes after California-based Peter Phillips, General Manager of Stor-More Self Storage, became SiteLink’s newest client.
“Going through a software conversion for a 700-unit storage facility can be daunting for owner/operators, but our experience has been phenomenal thanks to the exceptional management platform and the customer service SiteLink provides,” says Phillips. “We combined the world-class expertise of SiteLink and Sue Haviland to guide us through the process. I appreciate the teamwork and fantastic service SiteLink delivers.”
Stor-Mor Self Storage had been using another management software, but it wasn’t quite doing the job. Like most of SiteLink’s other customers, Stor-Mor made the switch to SiteLink Web Edition, the browser-based management system, and SiteLink Merchant Services, the payment processing solution.

Switching to a new system of software might seem nerve-wracking, but SiteLink works to make the transition as smooth as possible. The company is able to convert substantial amounts of data, and sometimes all relevant data from a customer’s existing platforms to streamline the transition.
“I consult with many stores using different management software and payment processing,” says Sue Haviland, owner of Haviland Storage Services and partner at Self Storage 101. “It is always encouraging when operators like Peter Phillips switch to SiteLink software and Merchant Services. SiteLink’s announcement comes while 2016 also marks the 20th anniversary for SiteLink LLC and the 10th anniversary of SiteLink Web Edition. The company says with the year not even half over, a number of other exciting announcements are still on the way.
